To further our commitment to provide the best customer service in the industry we have created an on-line portal where you, our customers, can access real-time, on demand information important aspects of your business with Linkage. You can enter RFQ’s, manage EQ’s and provide on-line responses, and track your order status including WIP status as well as shipping information.

Send in a quote request
You can directly submit a RFQ through our portal. If you prefer you can always call our sales and customer service teams as before. The RFQ portal will not only allow you to submit new RFQ’s but also track them and see corresponding quotes.

Get timely updates on your portal
Once you login, you will be able to track all your orders including WIP status as well as shipping information. In addition, you will be able to monitor status of EQ’s and respond in real-time to help close off open EQ’s. This is critical for achieving on-time deliveries especially for QTA orders. We have also incorporated a notification system where you can get notified via email or text whenever you want instead of having to log into the portal.
